It is with a heavy heart that the Agricultural Claims Association share the news of Ray Bilbrey’s passing.  Ray worked with the ACA on irrigation training for several years.  We will miss his friendly and helpful personality   If you had the opportunity to speak with Ray, you understand the loss to the agricultural claims industry.
