The three-day training welcomed agricultural insurance professionals for hands-on instruction in third-party crop liability claims, including field inspections, investigations, documentation, and loss evaluations. Led by ACA Executive Director Julie Overdeer and Education/IT Director Doug Overdeer, the course concluded with 24 graduates.
We extend a special thank you to the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA) and John Dotson of Dotson & Associates, LLC, for their continued support of ACA and our crop liability certification course.
In a recent newsletter, NAIIA recognized three of its members who attended the course: John Dotson of Dotson & Associates, Rich Maher of RGA Claims Management, and Sean Mahoney of Schifrin, Gagnon & Dickey.
As a valued association partner, NAIIA continues to support opportunities for specialized education and professional development throughout the agricultural claims industry.
We're grateful to everyone who participated in this first course and helped make it such a success. We look forward to continuing to grow these training opportunities and strengthen the connections that make our industry better.
