The ACA is received numerous inquiries and requests to include a virtual option for this year's conference. With all the changes and complexities of growing the ACA and a very busy claim season, we were not sure we could accomplish a virtual option in parallel. After some testing with the venue and some equipment upgrades that arrived on 19 February, we are excited to announce a virtual option that will truly make this an added option for the ACA, its members, and the industry. We have completed a full system test with the technology; a full test will occur at the venue the day before the conference and are confident we can pull it off. We will use zoom and generally, if you upload and download speed in the 10-5 Mbs respectively, you shouldn't' have a problem.. Please review the terms and conditions in the summary page as we have an extended registration and lenient refund policy for the virtual conference in the event we run into issues. If there are any technical issues that cannot be overcome, we will issue full refunds to all paid attendees. We are also offering 7 hours of Florida or Texas CE for those who need the hours for license requirements. You must be present and sit through the presentations to earn credit. This is not simply a live stream as you can send questions in via chat we will monitor for the presenter to address or you can raise your hand and you can address the presenter with questions directly. Please turn your cameras on when addressing the presenter. We hope you will be a part of this exciting change and join us virtually for this year's conference. Hope to 'see' you next week.
