Over the last several years, the agriculture insurance industry has seen a growing number of crop liability claims.  Each claim requires researching whether the applicator is spraying on label for the chemicals in the sprayer.   John Deere has developed targeted spray technology for chemical application.  The big question is, will this technology reduce or increase crop liability claims in the near fututre.
